I specialise in bespoke children's photography of the highest standard. Photography sessions take place in Broadstone, Dorset. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday 10am till 3pm

Fine Art Photography Session Fee: £ 160

A fine art session usually takes about 1-2 hours. I will be taking a selection of emotive images of your child that brings out the best in them. Clothing and styling is very important in these sessions to give the right feel to your images. Please look through the galleries for inspiration and contact me for advice on what works well. I suggest that you bring about three outfits with you. I really want the images I take to capture your child/children looking natural and with no forced expressions. These sessions are for those wanting something very special to hang on the wall.

What your Fine Art session fee includes:

My time and expertise as your photographer.
£100 credit towards your order.

Professional editing of the best images from your session.

Portfolio and Headshot Session

A portfolio session is specifically aimed at creating a selection of commercial images for models and actors to update their profiles and web portfolios with. The session usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour. I will take various different images that bring out the best in your child for the purpose of promoting them to agencies and clients. I have many years experience in creating the very best headshots to represent your child in the industry. Please contact me for current prices, packages and availability.

Your Photography Experience - the process from start to finish

To book a session all you need to do is contact me via email or telephone and discuss your requirements. At this stage I will get all the relevant information about what you would like from your session and discuss clothing. Once a suitable date has been agreed a deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment time. This deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable if you need to change your appointment time. The balance of your session fee is due on the day of your appointment. When booking a photography session you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated on this website. Please read through these before coming to the studio, as they contain important information.

When you arrive for your photography session I will go through the outfits you have brought and choose what I think will work best. From here you can sit back and enjoy seeing your child being photographed. I will quietly direct and encourage your child all the way through the session to get the very best from them. I will be guided by their capabilities so that they feel comfortable and at ease. I will take as many photographs as I feel I need to get some truly special images for you. Photographic session times vary depending on the child - they can last between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Your images will be ready to view two to three weeks after your session date. Before you see your images I will carefully go through all the photographs taken in your session and select the very best ones for you to view. I will then spend several hours working on them to ensure you see them at their finest. They will be cleaned up, colour balanced, and edited to remove any blemishes in order to make sure your child looks their best. They will also be adjusted, to give a beautiful 'Fine Art' feel to them. When you view your images you will see them in a selection of colour and black and white finishes.

You can either view your images on a special online password-protected gallery or preferably by appointment with me here at the studio.

At the studio: Viewing your images at the studio means we can sit together to go through your photographs one by one and discuss which are the best images to purchase. I can help you choose the most suitable products for your needs and suggest ideas that will make your chosen images look beautiful in your home. All the products that I sell are bespoke and of the highest standard. They are guaranteed to last a lifetime and of archival quality. I have specially selected all my products to suit my photography and look amazing in your interior.

Viewing online: Your images will be available to view online for seven days. In exceptional circumstances I will upload them again for an additional seven days, for which a £20 administration fee will be charged. I am of course more than happy to offer help with choosing your images, as well as giving advice and suggestions when they are viewed this way.

Due to the bespoke nature of every order, payment is required at your viewing session. From here your selected images will be checked over very carefully and prepared for printing onto your chosen product. As all frames, canvases, and acrylics are handmade, orders generally take between 3-6 weeks before they are ready for collection.
